New bottle not misting?

1. Make sure the bottle is filled with water.
2. Pump the nozzle repeatedly. It can take 10-20 pumps on first use to prime the mechanism.
3. Point it away from your face while priming!

Bottle stopped working (hard water areas)?

Limescale from hard water may be the culprit. Here's how to clean it:

1. Empty the bottle.
2. Fill with a solution of equal parts white vinegar and water.
3. Pump through the nozzle to flush the mechanism. Repeat a few times.
4. Empty and rinse thoroughly with clean water before refilling.
