If your order isn&apos;t going through, the most common cause is a browser cache or cookie issue. Here&apos;s what to try:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Clear your browser cookies and cache. Go to your browser settings, clear cookies and cached data, then try again.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Try a different browser or device. Sometimes switching from Chrome to Safari (or vice versa) resolves it immediately.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Try guest checkout. You don&apos;t need an account to place an order with us.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Check your card details. My order won't process or I can't check out

Don't panic! Here are a few things to check before getting in touch with us.

Don&apos;t panic, this happens more than you&apos;d think! Couriers sometimes mark a parcel as &quot;delivered&quot; when they&apos;ve actually taken it to their local depot. In most cases it arrives within a couple of days.Things to check first:<ul><li style="font-size: 16px;">Check with your neighbours. Someone may have taken it in for you.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Check any safe places (porch, bin, side gate, etc).</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Check the tracking link carefully. It may show a more detailed delivery note or photo.</li><li style="font-size: 16px;">Confirm your delivery address.
